Her passion for creating recipes and helping those managing autoimmune conditions inspired her to expand her online presence to deliver a more diverse range of options and resources. Liz has a bachelor’s degree from McGill University and a certificate in holistic nutrition from Bauman College, as well as a certificate in Ayurveda from the National Library of Ayurveda Medicine in India.
