Be part of a not-to-be-missed night that brings together women from across the community to expand access to mental health care for women and girls. The Women at the Center 2021 Kickoff will be headlined by pathfinder, activist, and storyteller Mia Birdsong.

In her new book How We Show Up: Reclaiming Family, Friendship, and Community, Birdsong returns us to our inherent connectedness, where we find strength, safety, and support in vulnerability and generosity, in asking for help, and in being accountable. Showing up — literally and figuratively — points us toward the promise of our collective vitality and the wellbeing we all want.
