JAMIE LOFTUS is an Emmy-nominated writer, stand-up comic and animator who is currently a Co-Producer for the Paramount+ adult animated series, STAR TREK: LOWER DECKS. Jamie has worked on animated shows such as ROBOT CHICKEN, HUMAN KIND OF, TEENAGE EUTHANASIA and MAGICAL GIRL FRIENDSHIP SQUAD. Jamie is also a regular contributor to publications such as Vice [vice.com], Paste [pastemagazine.com], The New Yorker [newyorker.com], and Playboy [playboy.com].

Jamie’s work in podcasting continues to be praised by the New York Times, Vulture, The New Yorker, and more. You can listen to Jamie as the co-creator and co-host of the feminist movie podcast THE BECHDEL CAST with Caitlin Durante, and Aack Cast! which is a retrospective of the legacy of the Aack! Cathy comics. Through her multi-year deal with I Heart Radio, she previously released MY YEAR IN MENSA, a year-long account of her testing into the high-IQ Mensa society for a clickbait piece and being drawn into a deeply bigoted, Mensa-sanctioned group and LOLITA PODCAST, an eleven-part look at the cultural legacy of Vladimir Nabokov’s Lolita (Webby Award 2022 winner for best limited series).
